Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Wave / Routing Planner to support operations in our fast-paced distribution center. This part-time position plays a key role in ensuring that inventory is accurately received, processed, and staged for distribution. Job Title: Warehouse Wave / Routing Planner

Location: New Albany, OH

Schedules Available:

1A Shift (Day Shift): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM ($24.00)
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday
- Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday
2A Shift (Night Shift): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($26.00)
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday
- Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday
1B Shift (Day Shift): 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM ($24.00)
- Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday
- Week 2: Thursday to Saturday
2B Shift (Night Shift): 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM ($26.00)
- Week 1: Wednesday to Saturday
- Week 2: Thursday to Saturday

Pay Rate: $24 – $26

Key Responsibilities:

Determine product work flow distribution into the distribution center.
Accurately process transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Generate and distribute pick lists using Microsoft Office tools.
Maintain a clean, organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.
Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
0–2 years of experience with wave shipping/receiving clerk in a warehouse distribution center
Familiarity with RF scanners preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in high-volume, time-sensitive environments.
Leadership or team coordination experience is a plus.
