1st shift 7am-3:30pm Monday-Friday (OT as needed)  $17hr

3rd Shift  10:30pm-7am Monday-Friday (OT as needed) $18.50hr

Location: Kernersville

Job Duties for Sit Down/Cherry Picker include:

• Stack customer orders on pallets and put away product onto shelves by various means using a Cherry Picker or Forklift
• Use and maintain various warehouse machines for tasks as assigned
• Utilize RF scanners for operating shipping systems
• Pulling orders using a Cherry / Order Picker or Forklift 
• Utilize RF scanners and also be responsible for operating shipping systems

Pay:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $18.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 4:30 AM | $18.50/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload freight from trucks and other vehicles
• Move cargo to storage areas by hand or with equipment
• Verify shipment contents and inspect for damage
• Ensure all items are correctly labeled and organized
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety standards

Schedule:

• Flexible 4×10 shifts with mandatory overtime as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks
• Familiarity with warehouse safety protocols and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

• Unload cargo from trucks and other vehicles efficiently and safely
• Move materials to designated storage areas manually or using equipment
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling
• Organize and stack merchandise according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and task prioritization

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Lumper or in a similar warehouse role
• Physically capable of lifting heavy items and performing manual labor
• Familiarity with safety procedures and equipment handling
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
