Duties and Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment assigned to you to move or pick product/transport product across warehouse floor.
- Use RF scanner to effectively pick and fulfill orders.
- Lift up to 25 pounds while operating equipment.
- Other warehouse duties as assigned including picking, packing, pick pack, inventory counting, boxing, labeling, operating an RF scanner, and other duties assigned by supervisor.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports of issues.
- Receiving inventory from drivers and ensuring accuracy while following SOP process.
- May need to do general labor as needed and flexibility between departments required
Must be able to speak, read and understand English for training and safety purposes.
Requirements:
- At least 3 months forklift experience required.
- No high school diploma required.
- Operate at heights up to 20 feet in the air
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Attention to details.

- Education/Experience:
- Strong training background is needed. Knowledge on following and editing working structures.

Job Summary:
Verifies and keeps records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment by performing the below duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties will be assigned day to day.
Receptionist Duties:
- Answer and direct calls to proper contact person on several lines.
- Take messages and send to voicemail as needed
- Check-in visitors and direct to appropriate person or department.
- Mailing and small package pickups
- Maintain incoming visitor logs, including, interviewees, meetings, repairmen, etcetera
- Always dressed conservatively and professionally
- Filing and scheduling for multiple departments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Tracks all PPE
Shipping/Receiving Clerk Duties:
- Scale operations – weighting inbound and outbound trucks
- Inbound and outbound freight paperwork
- Communicate to warehouse when trucks are docked.
- Fill out load sheets
- Schedules trucks, as needed.
- Organize and distribute paperwork under instruction of logistics and warehouse manager.
- Keep in and outbound logs of material receipts and shipments.
- Filing and scheduling for multiple departments
