Job Title: Forklift Operator – Overnight Warehouse
Location: Wyandotte
Pay Rate:

• $20.00/hr: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (2-week rotating schedule)

  • Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Thursday

  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday

• $19.50/hr: Sunday – Thursday | 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our overnight warehouse team! This position involves operating powered industrial trucks in a production environment, handling inventory with handheld scanners, and following warehouse procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate reach trucks, powered industrial lift trucks, and order pickers to move, stack, and transport materials

• Accurately label and scan inventory using handheld scanners

• Load and unload trailers efficiently

• Handle inbound receiving tasks

• Follow the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized workspace

• Adhere to quality and process standards within warehouse operations

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of reach truck experience

• Certified in the safe operation of powered industrial trucks

• Experience with handheld scanners and labeling systems

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. (occasionally 75+ lbs.)

• Comfortable with bending, stooping, squatting, twisting, pushing, pulling, and repetitive tasks

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for long periods

• Manual dexterity to operate tools, scanners, and equipment

• Willingness to work in temperature-variable environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills

• Strong communication with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
