Job Requirements
- 1 year of experience on data entry with customer service, preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry software.
- Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills, and keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external team members
- Typing skills: 50-70 words per minute
- Familiarity with the logistics industry

- Entering data into databases, spreadsheets, or other organizational systems.
- Maintaining the security of all confidential data and adhering to data protection protocols.
- Responding to and resolving any data entry related issues and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Track and Trace shipments timely and provide customer updates.
Job Description:
Assist Manager and Supervisor with all aspects of the Air Export Department, while ensuring the proper and timely movement of freight, while providing exceptional customer service.
Ensure smooth and timely freight process flow.
• Schedule pickups timely and accurately per the customer's SOP
• Prepare various documents for international transportation.
• Ensure accurate and timely client and vendor billing.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international export shipments, meeting customer service standards.
• Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS) and external government regulations or customer policies/requirements.
• Understand department process flow, constantly looking for areas of improved efficiency.
• Ensure all customers' standard operating procedures are followed as per the DLSOP.
• Work with the team on meeting KPI standards, as per the company’s procedures.
• Monitor shipment reports to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Track and Trace shipments timely and update customer service of any delay.
• Overseas communications.
• Collaborate with all team members on any problem-solving and process efficiencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors (airlines, trucking companies, and others) and customers.
• Participate in the transition of new business/ updates to existing business.
• Assist in retention calls and complete customer reviews with your regular customers to document in the CRS.
• Any other function deemed necessary by the Manager.
