A global leader in logistics and supply chain solutions, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Baytown, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated leader to oversee daily operations, ensure safety and accuracy, and support a high-performance team in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team to ensure smooth, safe, and accurate dock and warehouse operations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to ensure all team members are informed, prepared, and ready to begin work promptly.
• Maintain strict accuracy and compliance with client-specific operating procedures.
• Perform and oversee tasks including forklift operation, general warehouse labor, and dock activities as needed.
• Ensure work areas and equipment remain clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism when interacting with clients, vendors, and employees.
• Support the business by working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Physical capability to lift 55–100 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.
• Valid/current driver’s license.
• Must pass the client’s Forklift Driver Exam (theory and practice).
• Proven ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to set expectations, ensure punctuality, and model professionalism for your team.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse situations courteously and effectively.
