Job Requirements
-
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 3+ years of customer service or technical support experience.
- Advanced knowledge of product lines, warranties, and service processes, or previous experience in a Customer Support role at a retailer specializing in home improvement such as Lowe’s or Home Depot
- Proven track record handling complex customer support situations.
- Experience mentoring or training team members is preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.
Job Responsibilities

- Serve as the go-to person for troubleshooting, product specs, and documentation.
- Resolve escalated issues and coach team through complex cases.
- Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication across departments.
- Mentor junior reps and assist with their professional development.
- Consistently deliver high-quality support and help improve team metrics.
- Proactively follow up with customers and internal teams without supervision.
