CSR – 2nd Shift             Location: Bethlehem, PA Schedule: Sunday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Monday–Thursday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM Full-Time | On-Site

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) to join our team in Bethlehem, PA. This position plays a key role in supporting daily logistics operations in both the receiving and shipping departments. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with current and prospective customers.
• Read, understand, and apply written documents such as work instructions, job aids, and forms.
• Perform duties in both the receiving and shipping departments as required to meet business demands.
• Manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Organize daily workflow to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
• Compile and maintain required documentation, records, and forms accurately.
• Work efficiently on multiple tasks under pressure.
• Communicate and collaborate across departments to gather necessary information and authorizations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and promote a safe workplace.
• Commit to quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement practices.
• Attend and complete all required training and certifications.
• Support business operations with consistent attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime/weekends when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

• Preferred: Minimum 1 year of experience in warehousing or a related logistics field.
• Required:
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to process materials using ERP (SAP) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail—must be able to read small product identifiers.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to move freely around the facility.
• Tolerance for fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to use basic cleaning supplies to maintain a tidy work area.
