JOB SUMMARY: 

One year customer service experience with order processing, 10-key by touch, email experience (create, reply), Excel experience required must be able to Multitask. NOT EQUIVALENT TO CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE 

• Prior experience in human resource roles is preferred

• Ability to develop, read, analyze, and interpret complex reports and documents in English and Spanish

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish

• Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)

• Familiarity with resume databases
