Forklift & Reach Truck Operator – Experienced Locations: Fairfield, OH & West Chester, OH Starting Pay: $21.00/hour Shifts: 1st & 2nd Shifts Available Type: Direct Hire / Temp-to-Hire / Contract Job Overview Employbridge is hiring Experienced Forklift and Reach Truck Operators to support warehouse operations in Fairfield and West Chester, Ohio. Opportunities are available as Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, or Contract, depending on site need and candidate fit. These roles require recent, hands-on equipment experience and a strong commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities Safely operate Stand-Up Reach Truck and Forklift equipment Perform put-away, replenishment, picking, and material movement Load and unload product using PIT equipment Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory Follow all safety standards, SOPs, and site-specific work instructions Complete daily equipment inspections and report any issues Meet productivity, quality, and attendance expectations Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 months of forklift or reach truck experience within the past 12 months OR a total of 2 years of forklift/reach experience within the past 5 years Reach Truck experience required Ability to read, write, and speak English for safety and job-related communication Comfortable working at heights while operating reach equipment Prior warehouse or distribution experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Previous PIT certification (Raymond, Crown, or similar) Experience with RF scanners, WMS, or SAP systems High-volume warehouse experience Work Environment Climate may vary by location Steel-toe footwear required (metatarsal protection may be required by site) Fast-paced, safety-driven warehouse environment Why Join Employbridge Multiple employment options: Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, or Contract Starting pay: $21.00/hour Onsite
