ProLogistix is hiring a Customer Service Representative in Quakertown, PA
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
Pay: $20.50/hour
Position Summary
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondence, and fulfilling customer needs. This role provides product, service, and transit information, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Primary Duties

Process goods receipt and goods issue orders using the SAP system.

Maintain container and trailer information using the yard view program.

Offer flexibility to cover additional shifts when needed.

Assist Operations with distributing work assignments when directed.
Qualifications

Customer service or logistics/operations experience preferred.

Familiarity with SAP is a plus; training available.

Proficiency with Google Sheets and general computer applications.

Reliable, flexible, and detail-oriented.
