Job Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to emails and customer inquiries
• Examine records and inform customers of shipping date, anticipated delays
• Meet accuracy standards with attention to detail
• Compile, sort, and verify records for accuracy, file documents and reports in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• Gather and assess data and quantify results 
• Provide back up support for other departments when needed

Job Requirements:

• 3 months recent experience working in a CSR/Customer Service Rep
• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience working with pharmaceuticals
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions in English
• Able to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel 
• Willing to wear steel toe shoes and work in a warehouse site
