Position Summary

We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity in a healthcare distribution warehouse. This role supports the movement, storage, and replenishment of medical supplies in a fast-paced, high-bay warehouse environment. Accuracy, safety, and equipment experience are critical in this position.

Available Shifts & Pay

1st Shift

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• $20.13/hour

3rd Shift

• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• $21.73/hour

Overtime available as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate reach trucks (stand-up forklifts) to put away and retrieve product from high-rack locations
• Accurately move palletized medical supplies throughout the warehouse
• Perform replenishment, picking, and staging functions
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and locations
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report issues
• Follow all OSHA, safety, and healthcare compliance standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work zones

Required Qualifications

• Recent reach truck / stand-up forklift experience required
• Ability to work in high-bay racking environments
• Experience using RF scanners or WMS systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and operate equipment for entire shift
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance
• Must pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical warehouse experience
• High-volume distribution environment
• Prior certification on reach truck equipment (site certification provided)
