Job Opening: Warehouse Team Lead – 2nd shift

 We are seeking an Operations Team Lead to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization’s daily operations.

Pay: $20 an hour

Shift: 2nd shift Monday – Thursday 4:45PM – 3:15AM

Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve operational practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Provide daily operations oversight for outside teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities

• Available for overtime as needed. 
• Resume required
• Strong written and verbal communications 
• Able to stand for duration of the shift
