Job Opening: Reach Truck Driver

Location: Baytown, TX

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Possible weekends and/or holidays as needed

Pay Rate: $17.00/hr

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck Driver to support our night shift warehouse operations. This role requires a skilled operator who can work overnight hours in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and collaborate effectively with day and night shift teams to support 24-hour operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform inbound, putaway, and material movement activities
• Support high-paced customer flows and changing operational demands
• Work closely with opposite shift teams to ensure smooth 24-hour operations
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards
• Accurately handle and store product in designated locations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a reach truck (required)
• Ability and willingness to work night shift, including possible weekends and/or holidays
• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments preferred
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to adapt to new customers and operational processes
• Ability to work well as part of a team across multiple shifts

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout a 12-hour shift
• Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment
