Job Opening: Mail Clerk / Receiving Clerk/ Print Clerk

Prologistix is hiring a Mail/Receiving/Print Clerk in the Plano, TX area

The Mail Clerk / Material Handler / Print Operator role is responsible for daily mail services, supporting print operations, and providing flexible coverage across multiple departments as needed.  This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining high service standards.

1st Shift – Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay starts at $18.43/hr

 These are full time not temp assignments that offer PTO, Holiday Pay, Shutdown Pay (1 week in December) and Cigna Health Benefits!

Mail Services

• Receive, sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Prepare outgoing mail, including metering, labeling, and tracking shipments

Print Services

• Operate and maintain printing, copying, and finishing equipment
• Produce print jobs according to specifications, quality standards, and deadlines
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and coordinate service calls when needed
• Manage print supplies, paper inventory, and toner replenishment

Qualifications & Experience

• Able to work in a team environment
• Ability to stand and move on your feet for the duration of shift
• Flexible with job duties
• Excellent customer service skills
• Able to pass client's specific hiring criteria, including a pre-employment drug screen
• Must be at least 18 years old
