Location: Mt. Vernon, IL

About the Role

We are seeking reliable, motivated Warehouse Associates to join our team. These positions support daily warehouse operations including material handling, order fulfillment, inventory movement, and general labor tasks. No prior experience is required for most roles. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform picking, packing, shipping, or receiving tasks
• Load and unload trucks by hand or with warehouse equipment
• Move, stage, or stock materials within the facility
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, or other warehouse tools (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and report any issues immediately
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Available Positions

We have openings across multiple departments, including:

• Full Case Order Picker
• Split Case Order Picker
• Shipping Loader
• Receiving Checker

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required
