Production Assembler I – 1st & 2nd Shift

?? 2nd Shift Hours: 3:30 PM – 12:00 Midnight

Position Overview

The Production Assembler I plays a key role in building high-quality products while meeting production standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements. This role operates under the direction of production supervision and follows established company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to Engineering documents and quality standards.
• Operate a computer to review schedules and update job status.
• Perform operator-based Go/No-Go testing per established procedures.
• Monitor the quality of parts throughout the assembly process.
• Assist in training new team members and help resolve production inquiries.
• Perform material handling duties as needed.
• Recommend improvements to assembly processes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Communicate effectively with engineering to relay accurate information.
• Complete all required paperwork, documentation, and records.
• Participate in team meetings and group discussions.
• Follow all safety rules, work regulations, and maintain housekeeping standards.

Qualifications
