Shifts Available:

• ALL Shifts Available – 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift
• Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire (Fast conversion to full-time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our team in Whitestown/Lebanon. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Required Forklift Experience:

• Order Picker
• Reach Truck

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products throughout the facility
• Load and unload trucks
• Perform inventory moves both physically and within the warehouse management system

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 months of experience operating Order Picker & Reach Truck
• Ability to pass OSHA forklift certification
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English (ESL acceptable)
• Preferred: 6 months warehouse experience
• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
