6:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and alignment with client expectations
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust labor allocation to meet operational demands
- Oversee inbound and outbound processes including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support employee development
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Maintain accurate reporting of production metrics, inventory levels, and shift performance
- Collaborate with leadership and cross functional teams to support business objectives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Prior experience as an Operations Supervisor or Warehouse Supervisor in a high volume distribution or 3PL environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop front line teams
- Hands on knowledge of warehouse operations including inbound and outbound processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced setting
- Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence
