Location: Ft. Lauderdale

Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Shifting Schedule – must be flexible to work different shifts
Training: 7:30am-3:30pm for 1 week
Mon, Wed, Fri: 12:00pm-8:30pm
Tuesdays & Thursday: 6:00am-2:30pm
Position Summary
The Receiving Clerk at Alpha Brands is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing all incoming materials. This role ensures the warehouse maintains correct inventory records, supports smooth supply chain operations, and upholds Alpha Brands’ standards of accuracy, organization, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inspection
- Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, descriptions, and item condition.
- Review and match packing slips, purchase orders, and delivery documents.
- Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality concerns and report issues promptly.
Inventory & Documentation
- Accurately record incoming materials in the inventory system (WMS/ERP).
- Apply correct labels, barcodes, and identification tags to incoming products.
- Help maintain accurate stock levels through cycle counts and audits.
Warehouse Organization
- Ensure all received items are properly staged, sorted, and stored in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as needed to support team workflow.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain).
