Clerk Needed Near the Airport Area 

Brief Job Summary:

• Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements
• Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Supervise orders and arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
• Recruit and coordinate logistics staff (e.g. truck drivers) according to availability and requirements
• Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
• Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
• Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
• Provide efficient delivery logistics through data management.
• Fill out import-export documentation
• Compile carrier and route assignments
• Compute international fees for each shipment and keep track of shipment payments and quotas.
• Use of automated systems that will identify shipments, collect data, and register packages with government agencies
