Schedule: 2-2-3 rotating schedule

• 1st Shift: 6am to 6pm
• 3rd Shift: 6pm to 6am

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting warehouse operations by safely moving materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring efficient product flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Transport products to assigned locations safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.
• Pick orders and prepare shipments based on work orders or production schedules.
• Maintain accurate inventory through scanning, labeling, and documentation.
• Keep warehouse aisles, docks, and storage areas clean and well-organized.
• Assist with manual loading and unloading as needed.
• Follow all OSHA standards, warehouse safety rules, and company procedures.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and truck drivers.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or production environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
