Employbridge is seeking a detail-oriented ?Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse accuracy and daily operations for our client in Pooler, GA. This role focuses on maintaining inventory integrity, verifying freight, and ensuring smooth coordination with warehouse teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily cycle counts and location audits
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Verify product quantities, labeling, condition, and stock rotation
• Validate inbound freight against BOLs and packing lists; report damages
• Confirm outbound orders for accuracy and proper staging
• Enter and update inventory data in warehouse systems
• Create OSD (Over, Short, Damage) reports as needed
• Maintain organized records for audits and compliance
• Support put-away, picking verification, and location corrections
• Assist with physical inventories and warehouse audits
• Ensure proper product placement and a clean, safe, audit-ready environment
• Follow all safety policies and escalate risks or process gaps
Qualifications
• Inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cycle counting or audits a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
