Office Helper – Short-Term Assignment (Warehouse Environment)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Helper to support administrative and clerical tasks within a warehouse environment. This is a short-term assignment ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Location: Sumner, WA
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Assignment End Date: Estimated 7/23
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative support — Assist with filing, data entry, and document organization
- Inventory paperwork handling — Process and maintain shipping/receiving documents
- Attention to detail tasks — Review forms for accuracy and completeness
- Communication support — Coordinate with warehouse staff and supervisors
- General office upkeep — Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email, document handling)
- Ability to work in a warehouse office environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable attendance for a consistent 6AM–2:30PM schedule
- Ability to lift and move light office materials as needed
- Must be comfortable with a short-term assignment ending 7/23
