Fireball Whisky Distribution Facility | New Albany & Jeffersonville, IN
Now Hiring for Day and Night Shifts
Join the team supporting one of America’s most recognized spirits brands. We are currently seeking dependable, safety-focused individuals for General Labor and Forklift Operator positions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rates
General Labor
- 1st Shift: $17.00/hour
- 2nd Shift: $17.90/hour
Forklift Operators
- Starting at $19.21/hour
- Higher pay opportunities based on experience, shift, and position
Available Schedules
2-2-3 Schedule
Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM
Various day and afternoon shifts available depending on position.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (Forklift Operators)
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility
- Palletize, wrap, sort, and prepare products for shipment
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Assist with warehouse and production activities as needed
- Meet productivity and attendance expectations
Qualifications Required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work throughout scheduled shifts
- Reliable transportation
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Authorization to work in the United States
Preferred
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution experience
- Forklift experience in a warehouse environment
- Experience with sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, or electric pallet jacks
- RF scanner or warehouse management system experience
