Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and process inbound shipments of parts, materials, hazardous materials, cores, tooling, equipment, and inventory replenishment. Verify package condition, shipment quantities, correct destination, and compliance with Federal regulations and company requirements, including part number, serial number (if applicable), quantity, shelf life, documentation, quality, and traceability.
Prepare, package, document, and ship parts, materials, hazardous materials, cores, tooling, equipment, and inventory. Create shipping labels, process shipments in company systems, verify shipping information and delivery instructions, and coordinate carrier pickups.
Stock, log, store, distribute, pick, pull, and put away inventory, parts, materials, hazardous materials, cores, tooling, and equipment for on-site and global aircraft technicians. Identify and segregate aircraft parts, consumable materials, and core returns.
Maintain accurate inventory records, prepare required reports, perform cycle counts, participate in physical inventories, and conduct monthly shelf-life audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
Support warehouse operations by building or relocating shelving, maintaining organized storage areas, and performing general housekeeping to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
