We’re looking for a detail-oriented Material Analyst to support our production operations by managing purchase orders, tracking material flow, and ensuring timely delivery of supplies. This role is essential to keeping our supply chain organized, accurate, and running efficiently.

What You’ll Do

Purchase Order Management

• Create and submit purchase orders for materials and supplies

• Obtain supervisor approval before sending POs to suppliers

• Confirm supplier receipt of POs and maintain accurate tracking logs

• Verify pricing, quantities, and update POs as needed

Overseas Orders & Logistics

• Request spot quotes and carrier details for overseas shipments

• Provide carrier information for parcel and LTL shipments

• Add overseas raw material POs to shared tracking files

• Update “Kits on Hand” weekly

System Transactions

• Receive POs in Oracle and process orders through Coupa

• Complete goods receipts and maintain organized documentation

• Monitor warehouse deliveries to ensure accurate system receipt

Invoice & Payment Resolution

• Respond to inquiries about past-due invoices

• Review Readsoft for pending approvals and resolve discrepancies

• Investigate Oracle and RSO procurement holds

Financial Oversight

• Monitor blanket POs to prevent fund depletion

• Request Finance approval and create replacement POs when needed

• Update PO trackers and communicate changes to suppliers and internal teams

Inventory & Production Support

• Compare weekly inventory lists against PO records and resolve mismatches

• Sell finished racks and create job/internal order numbers

• Ship internal orders to other facilities or customers

• Prepare daily production schedules when the Supervisor is out

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Tariffs Logistics Clerk to support warehouse and logistics operations in the Airport area of El Paso, TX. This full-time role is responsible for inventory coordination, shipment processing, tariff-related documentation, and collaboration with customs brokers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of freight. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and demonstrates strong organizational and communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for client commodities stored in the warehouse

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between received, stored, and shipped materials

• Arrange trucking and shipping for client merchandise

• Calculate handling, receiving, and shipping charges for billing purposes

• Prepare, review, and process shipping documentation, including:

  • Bills of Lading

  • Shipper’s Instructions

  • Certificates of Origin

• Coordinate customs clearance processes with brokers to ensure timely freight delivery

• Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and external partners

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations
