COMPANY IN KEARNY, NJ is looking for a 3rd Shift  FORKLIFT ASSOCIATE

CHERRY PICKER FORKLIFT

Location:Kearny, NJ

Shift: 9pm-6am (overnight shift)

Pay Rate: $16.50 

• Must speak English, Spanish is helpful as well, but not required.
• Able to understand production processes to re consolidate paperwork.
• Able to drive Cherry Picker FORKLIFT

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CLERK NEEDED IN KEARNY, NJ

Monday-Friday

9:30am-6:30pm

Pay Rate: $20/hour

• Prepare Record and Verify Pay Accounts receivable transactions, and post customer payments timely
• Maintain, Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports
• Apply payments received by customers, servicers and other identities
• Prepare and organize documentation to record check, credit card, and Paypal payments efficiently from customers
• Maintain a key list of internal and external contacts for each account.

Core Responsibilities Prepare and send accurate invoices and process daily invoices and credits Manage credit applications and maintain A/R files Email monthly statements and close A/R promptly after month-end Provide backup reception and general office support as needed Assist with special projects and clerical tasks Customize group promotional flyers. Service incoming calls & emails from clients. Book & handle customer reservations & payments. Update the company’s client data base. Work in a team environment.
