Schedules start at 8:00 AM – Flexibility to work 10 hour shifts, weekends and holidays

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for picking and/or packing orders, label printing and inspecting products for orders, and utilizing the specific equipment to pick, pack, and kit products in preparation for shipping
• Receiving demands to meet customer needs.
• Pick orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and materials. 
• Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
• Affix proper shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Mark and label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, IMDG regulations.
• Report missing items or quality variances to direct supervisor.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
• Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
• Execute and document quality inspections per Standard Operating Procedures incidents. May perform housekeeping duties. Miscellaneous tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Shipping Clerk Needed 

Base Pay: $15.00

Location: East El Paso TX

Schedule: 7:00AM TO 4:00PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete orders for shipment according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, and ship).

• Receive incoming materials and verify the accuracy of packing slips and related documentation.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure quality and accuracy.

• Verify and record quantities of materials received or shipped.

• Assist with inventory control, including conducting regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.

• Ensure proper placement and tracking of materials within the warehouse.

• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.

• Complete all shipping and receiving documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

• Report any damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel

We are seeking a reliable Picking and Packing Associate to join our team in Reno, NV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. 

Monday – Wednesday 5AM-4PM and Thursday 5AM-1PM | $18/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency

• Prepare items for shipping, including labeling and organizing

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all company policies and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds

• Strong attention to detail

• Positive attitude and reliable attendance
