Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift (Day Shift)
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to join our growing 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) operation supporting leading communications and technology companies. This role is responsible for handling equipment and materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment while maintaining high productivity and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Maintain satisfactory quality performance levels and follow all work instructions.
- Package, unpackage, sort, stage, and prepare units for production and processing.
- Perform data entry using a computer.
- Work in a high-speed, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Meet or exceed daily production goals of 80% or higher.
- Put away, locate, and pull equipment and/or parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the shift.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and more with assistance when required.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions including reaching, bending, and lifting.
