As a Customer Service Representative for large retail credit services you will:

• Assist customers and  employees with furniture purchase financing and other financially related duties.
• Issue refunds on purchases, processing of payments, assisting with gift cards, and assisting in administration of financing for our customers.

Other duties include.

• Answers incoming phone calls from store personnel and consumers concerning processing refunds, third party financing, and credit card processing.
