Looking for an experienced Traffic Coordinator freight scheduler for a well known company in Reidsville, NC

SHIFT and HOURS: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm  $ 18hr

The Traffic Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling outbound shipments to ensure freight is shipped on time and to the correct designations utilizing warehouse management and transportation systems both internal and on customer/carrier sites. technical & organizational skills a must.

• Review daily order file and build/load virtual trucks by cubic volume
• Communicate with customer/carrier traffic teams to schedule trucker appointments for pickup & delivery
• Act as liaison between Sales/Customer Service and Distribution Center on all traffic / shipment related issues and inquiries
• Troubleshoot pick up and delivery issues as they arise
• Review and work with warehouse teams on small parcel orders
• Manage and file shipment information, tracking and tracing
• Manage and review LTL and TL quotes for approval
• Review and report inbound container priorities to distribution team
• Review and report container transfers to distribution team
• Manage and file CTPAT documentation on all inbound freight , • Some experience in logistics, customer service, warehousing in the furniture industry, a plus
• Understanding of warehousing and traffic management systems, a plus
• NetSuite ERP Experience, a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills with an ability to set priorities and follow up effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with an ability to creatively solve problems
• Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external business teams

Warehouse Distribution hiring experienced Stand Up Reach Forklift Operators. Description: Must be able to operate Crown Reach Truck and Order fill using RF Handheld Scanner. Weekly schedule Monday-Friday 11:00AM-7:30PM Contract to hire after 520 hours Starting pay rate is $20.00 an hour Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time and repetitively lift up to 50 pounds. Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near work site. Inspects materials for quality/defects. Able to identify material by part number or written description. Manually moves materials onto or from pallets and shelves. Conveys materials from storage or work sites to designated areas. Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Cleans work area, machines, and equipment. Assembles crates to contain products when required. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Adheres to all safety rules and regulations.

Production Line Lead

2nd shift, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Friday $21.50

3rd shift, 11 PM – 7:30 AM, Sunday – Thursday Pay – $22.50

• Oversee assembly production line and temporary employees
• Supervise and assist with labeling and casing or packing of materials or products.
• Train new temporary workforce
• Provides feedback to employees on job expectations and conducts employee counseling.
• Performs duties as described under Shift Supervisor
• Maintain all appropriate paperwork
• Communicate with ID Logistics Management and Spherion to continually address any production issues, discuss production line improvements, handle labor issues, and correct packing and machine problems
• Maintain production line efficiency, quality, cleanliness and safety
• Work all overtime required
• Ensure temporary employees are in compliance with proper Personnel Protective Equipment
• Line Leads must always be in compliance with PPE.
