Key Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for customer, driver, and dealer inquiries on product specs, shipment status, and tracking
• Analyze service data and performance using Office 365 (Excel, PowerBI) to provide actionable insights
• Troubleshoot logistics challenges to ensure timely, accurate service
• Learn and manage internal systems to maintain data accuracy and efficiency
• Continuously build product/process knowledge to support team growth

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate–advanced Office 365 skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and PowerBI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
• High attention to detail in data and shipment tracking

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse or logistics experience
• Knowledge of transportation/supply chain concepts
• Customer service training or certification

Job Description:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push pull lift stack or move product equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to communicate well with leadership and peers

• Must be available to work 7 days per week, including weekends
• Must be able to work assigned shift consistently
• Must be punctual and maintain reliable attendance
• Must follow all safety and workplace policies

Available Shifts & Pay:

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM
• Pay Rate: $17.50/hour
