Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, HVAC systems, and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance promptly
• Maintain an adequate spare parts inventory
• Start up and inspect equipment at the beginning of each shift
  
• Document repairs, preventive maintenance, and part usage

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical systems preferred but not required
• 3+ years of experience in a multi-craft technician 
• Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
• Knowledge of electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems (including drives, motors, bearings, conveyors, PLCs, and HVAC)
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance software
• Experience in preventative maintenance and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities: 

• The Production Technician is responsible for monitoring production processes; including operating manufacturing equipment and maintaining compliance with high standards for safety and quality.
• Comply with all safety policies and procedures and demonstrate safe behaviors at all times. Understand and comply with quality systems and policies (Quality Data System (QDS), Safe Quality Food (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)).
• Actively engaged in learning machine operations and apply learnings to perform work to standard. Complete changeovers and cleans, including line clearance & pre-checks, following standard work.
• Perform documentation and verification activities in all applicable systems (COLOS- Software package used for labeling, PeopleSoft, Systems, Applications & Products (our ERP system) Manufacturing Execution System, Trackwise and paper records) to ensure timely release.
• Escalate line issues and opportunities, including initiation of Root Cause Corrective Action activities. During maintenance calls, remain at line to provide information, support, and use the event as a learning opportunity.

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing customer service to all callers. They answer incoming calls and troubleshoot any issues. They assist pilot stations and cartage agents. They respond to all emails and oversee accounts and KPIs assigned to them.
