Daily process and input of all customer orders and distribution account (s). Provides daily operational reports that are accurate and timely. Runs stock reports to check for product availability. Generates all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders, checks all orders for special requests and post inventory records. Assists others in their duties with all distribution accounts. Performs invoicing through ETMS. Conducts billings, including associated back-up and documentation. Provides daily operational reports that are accurate and timely. Performs daily data entry for receiving, order allocation, shipping and inventory management. Rates domestic transportation bills.

Coordinates special, last minute shipping requests with the Transportation and Operations Departments, expediting any order as necessary. Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their order. Ensure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices. Maintain damage records and backorder logs. Handle returned merchandise in an efficient manner and ensure proper credit is given to the customer. Inputs all receipts, put-aways, moves, picks, shipments and cycle counts

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Final billing and closing of shipment files

  3. Monthly storage billing for all files detained by CBP / AQI
  4. Create Final Exam / Inbound trucking / Deposit invoices to broker.  These are sent via email and fax.

Additional Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Field Technician will provide support to our company end-users and CES Partners. Duties include on-site support for required CES technical responsibilities as well as problem determination, problem/incident recording, problem resolution and escalation for Price Transfer IT Department. This role requires frequent travel to various company facilities within a 5 mi radius (company vehicle provided), in order to perform installations, maintenance, standard or emergency repairs. It is a physical job that requires working in high spaces and lifting heavy material.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Install, test, maintain and document Cat3, Cat6, Cat5e, Fiber, Coax cabling
2. Provide VoIP & analog telephony, CCTV (IP based and analog cameras and DVRs), DirecTV, television, and data wiring support for the Price Transfer CES operations
3. As needed, work with the IT Staff to install, and troubleshoot time clocks, intercoms, workstations, thin clients and laptop hardware, peripherals (printers), operating systems, business software and third-party applications, data and telephone connectivity issue, and IT projects
4. Escalate or redirect reported issues to appropriate 2nd level IT staff members
5. Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolutions using TrackIT
