Forklift Operator (Reach Truck & Cherry Picker)

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour

• Minimum of 1 year of recent forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Required experience operating Reach Truck and Cherry Picker equipment.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks and work at elevated heights.
• Experience with order picking, replenishment, inventory movement, and product put-away.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and following OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment.
• Basic reading and math skills for product identification and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to pass a forklift operating assessment and site-specific safety training.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance are required.
• Overtime and weekend availability may be required based on business needs.
