Duration: 3-Month Temporary Assignment

We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Sumner, WA for a short-term, 3-month assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong computer skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Available Schedules

• Sunday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Sunday – Thursday | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Tuesday – Saturday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Tuesday – Saturday | 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and databases
• Review documents and records for completeness and accuracy
• Update, verify, and organize information as needed
• Generate reports and assist with administrative projects
• Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding data discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Support office operations and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Pay is $18

Duties include but not limited

to:

– Picking customer orders for

fulfillment with RF scanner in Mezz

– Picking in GTP

– Verify items picked match

order

– Light housecleaning (work

area)

– Other tasks related to one’s

position may be assigned by the supervisor/manager and are required to be

performed as part of one’s job, even if not included in the job description.
