We are Hiring experienced Medical Assistants for a busy Clinic in the McAllen Area.

This position is a Temp to Hire after 90 days !

Job Duties are as follows.

• Interview patients and document basic medical history

• Organize and schedule appointments • Update and file medical records and insurance reports

• Arrange hospital admissions and laboratory services

• Check with patients and type up patients’ charts

• Assist in note taking for the Doctor during medical examinations

• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

• Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments Requirements.

.• Proven working experience as a Medical Assistant

• Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures

.• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorities work • Social perceptiveness and service-oriented Schedule is: Monday -Friday 7am to 5pm $10.00 p/h

Currently hiring a Receptionist for an established business in the McAllen area.

Pay rate: $10.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, Saturday 10am-4pm

Receptionist responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, faxing.

Receptionist skills:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
