Local distribution center for home appliances  in need of an Office Dispatch Clerk. This person will be responsible for the accurate input of information and coordination of inbound and outbound merchandise.

- perform load and ship confirmations within the JDE system in a timely manner

- perform location changes as needed to support floor personnel

- responsible for necessary research on orders as requested by either sales or internal customers

- perform all clerical functions

- prepare bills of lading and other related transportation documents

- check all outbound orders for accuracy by using WMS

- Enter and verify date - sign for inbound deliveries

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11:00pm plus OT

  • Arrange special sale and clearance items at the front of the store for maximum visibility
  • Build rapport with customers and provide them with genuine guidance and support
  • Train new sales staff as needed by management
