Cycle Counter Pay Rate: $16

Cycle Counter Schedule: Monday-Friday 40-hour Schedule

Time: 7am-3:30pm

Length: Performance to hire

Cycle Counter Job Duties & Responsibilities’:

  • Maintains inventory cycle count and physical inventory programs
  • Counts and reconciles randomly chosen or chosen part numbers and/or locations daily
  • Assists in developing solutions to shortages, overages, and inventory discrepancies
  • Compiles, verifies, and reports periodic statistical information to management regarding trends in customer escalations as related to inventory
  • Assists in compiling data related to special projects, as requested by supervisor
  • Ensures compliance to inventory processes and procedures, and contractual obligations
  • Other duties as required and assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
  • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
  • Ability to physically count articles or products on shelves, racks, and pallets
  • Able to stand, bend & walk for up to 8 hours a day.
  • Must be a team player.

Stand Up Reach Equipment Operators Job Description

The Production Forklift Driver is responsible for driving Stand-forklift, receiving packaging materials, transferring materials to the production line, verifying quality standards, transfer finished goods from the production line, enter production counts into the computer system, print labels, wrap pallets, and load onto trailer, and maintaining good housekeeping. These responsibilities are shared between three drivers.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Receive packaging materials, compete trailer inspections, and exchange paperwork / BOL

• Record & count bundles/ cases of containers provided to the production line

• Transfer packaging materials to the production line

• Maintain counts of cases produced to ensure the production plan is achieved

• Transfer finished goods from the production line to the pallet wrapper

• Operate pallet wrapper, enter production into the computer system, print and apply labels

• Load finished goods into shuttle trailers and complete paperwork

• Use safety cutters and hand tools

• Maintain an organized, sanitary, and safety work area
