Job Description
The Electro-Mechanical Assembler plays a critical role in assembling mechanical and electronic components within a production environment. This position requires proficiency with hand tools and torque tools, a strong understanding of basic mechanical principles, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions with minimal supervision.
This role demands accuracy, consistency, and a commitment to safety and quality at every stage of the assembly process.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform precise mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies
- Use hand tools, power tools, and torque tools according to specifications
- Read and follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and assembly procedures
- Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe workstation in accordance with safety guidelines
- Meet production goals while maintaining attention to detail
- Identify and report any defects, issues, or deviations from specifications

Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly preferred
- Strong familiarity with hand tools and torque tools
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical principles

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our team! This role is essential in ensuring that all computer components, assemblies, and devices meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all company safety and quality policies and procedures
- Inspect and test computer components, assemblies, devices, and systems per written procedures, specifications, drawings, samples, and illustrations
- Use BOMs, assembly instructions, diagrams, procedures, checklists, and deviations during inspections
- Compare assemblies with drawings, parts lists, and samples to verify conformance and detect errors
- Examine alignment of parts and verify installation of hardware on assemblies/subassemblies
- Accept or reject material/products based on acceptance criteria
- Record and maintain inspection data in forms, logs, or computer databases
- Assist with maintaining controlled document files and test records
- Recommend and implement quality improvement methods
- Follow and enforce all ESD processes and procedures
- Work independently with minimal supervision

- Required: Ability to use calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and read AutoCAD drawings for spec dimensions

- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
