Responsibilities include (but not limited to):·        Help customers on the phone with accounting issues or concerns·        Resolve billing discrepancies and answer customer questions related to invoicing·        Process invoices and payments from drivers daily·        Process will call orders and payments·        Reconcile and apply payments received daily·        Collections of delinquent customer accounts·        Prepare accurate monthly statements for net customers·        Sort and file customer files·        Support audit requests by providing AR-related documentation·        Assist other departments on accounting issues or questions.·        Other duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred. • Associate’s degree in accounting is preferred. • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Basic computer skills. • Abilit
