Mechanical and electronics assembly

Schedule: M-F 6 am - 230

pay: $20/per hour

Duties:

Assemble or disassemble a basic computer unit (DT, 1U server, Custom Server and GG) completely under instructions or by referring build documents, configuration sheet or WO. Prepare material for production which includes un-boxing parts and component kitting for each WO (Work Order).

Install components, connecting & tying cables and placing labels for systems consistently following specific instructions.Transpose products from the order to the check sheet.

Perform other clerical tasks such as order tracking, correspondence, copying documents and record keeping.

Job Requirements:

The Production Assembler builds/assembles several types of computing machines (i.e. Desktops, Servers, Racks, etc.) in accordance with Equus’ production quality standards.

Title: Systems Technician III

Job Responsibilites:

  • Diagnose and resolve system, equipment, and production-related issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and system checks to ensure optimal performance
  • Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of systems and equipment
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, maintenance, and system updates

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Systems Technician or similar technical
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of production systems, equipment, and controls
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability in a fast-paced environment
