Material flow control per applicable procedure(s)

• Provide customer service as needed

• Maintain area per 5S requirements

• Report to Operations/Division any discrepancies, damages, shortage, overage of all material and MRO

• Verify Raw Material – Packing Slips versus Vendor Label

• Input proper information into the BMS system vs packing slips

• Notify when shipments are ready for dispatching to Mexican Customs Department via BMS

• Stage south bound shipment in the audit and logistic area

• Communicate with audit and logistic personnel

• Provide required paperwork (shipping request and BMS packing list)
