Summary

The Inventory Control Specialist updates stock records and related information in Oracle to monitor the accuracy of inventory levels. Performs inventory transactions and manages daily cycle counting and monthly inventory reporting. 

Duties

1. Schedule and coordinate complete daily cycle counts which includes the physical count tasks including: report preparation, monitoring physical counting, reconciliation, and data entry.

2. Ensure all daily inventory transactions are accurately and promptly entered into Oracle and maintain records.

3. Generate monthly expired lot report and supervise the physical movement of stock to correct locations and sub-inventory’s and perform Oracle transactions and system reports.

4. Generate monthly cycle count report to include total items, pieces, dollars counted, and all adjustments.

5. Monitor inventory transactions to develop and/or recommend improvements in inventory procedures and work instructions.

6. Assists in shipping complaint handling utilizing Netregulus software. This includes input, research, and reporting to Manager.

7. Reviews, monitors, investigates, and reports on inventory that is in the On Hold and Review areas.

8. Works with Distribution, Purchasing, and Customer Service to provide assistance with inventory variances and shipping complaints.

9. Provides locator set up function in Oracle for incoming items that do not have a location assigned.

10. Process inspection receipts utilizing the AS400 system and performs sub-inventory transfers in Oracle.ving and distribution tasks as needed.

We have a direct hire opening for a Maintenance Mechanic in Tacoma at an asphalt shingles manufacturer! This is a 1^st shift position!  

In this role, troubleshoot and repair a wide range of machinery essential to the asphalt shingle production process.

Direct Hire Opportunity – Be on our client’s payroll from Day 1!

Pay and Shift:

• Pay: $34.21- $40.82/hour; depending on your experience (Double time will be paid for hours worked over 50)
• 1st shift: 6 am-2:30 pm; Saturday-Wednesday with Thursdays and Fridays off

Job Duties of the Maintenance Mechanic:

• Troubleshoot and repair all equipment on the production line, raw material intake systems, conveyors, electric motors, hydraulics and pneumatics, replace bearings, rollers, and more.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs
• Fabricate metal components and weld using MIG and stick processes
• Document repairs and maintain inventory for machine parts
• Install, assemble, and test new machines

ProLogistix is seeking experienced Stand-up Forklift/Reach Truck operators in Belleville!

Must be available 4pm-12am Monday-Saturday

What you’ll do on a typical day:
• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials
• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy
• Load and unload trailers as needed
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all times
• Display a commitment to process excellence
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Supply Chain quality policy
• Perform inbound receiving processes

At a minimum, you’ll need:
• 1 year of warehouse experience
• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

This job requires the ability to:
• Lift 50 lbs. frequently and greater than 75 lbs. occasionally
• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time
• Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment
• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

It’d be great if you also have:
• Positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to communicate well with leadership and peers
• High school diploma or equivalent

2:30pm-11pm M-F
