Position Summary:
- Must have a working knowledge of building operations, tools.
- Logical reasoning with the ability to respond to instructions and follow through and notify Supervisor when instructions or requirements are not clearly understood.
- Must be able to retain machine locations, office rooms, and safety equipment.
- Must be able to speak, write and read effectively in order to understand work orders, safety notices and other forms of written communication.
- Must have basic math skills to include addition, subtraction, division, multiplication, and decimals.
- Must be able to plan basic day based on a list of objectives that are noted on daily worklists.
- Move, arrange and transport furniture, equipment and materials
- Assemble, install, and repair furniture, fixtures and equipment in offices and other spaces
- Install signs and whiteboards in select spaces as directed
- Participate in inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Setup new employee workstations and support office relocations
- Ensure appropriate inventory levels for maintenance & office supplies
- Assist with addressing facilities safety issues, fixing, reporting up, etc…
- Keep storage facilities and equipment in an orderly, working condition
- Inspect light bulbs and emergency lights in all facilities
- Some electrical knowledge
- Plumbing experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- HVAC
- Terminating network cables
- Troubleshooting

Key Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Commercial plumbing
- Some electrical knowledge including ballasts replacement
- Drywall experience
- Scissor lift & Forklift
- Microsoft Office/ Computer knowledge
- Able to climb on ladders
- Provides excellent customer service
- Completes tasks in a timely manner and provides feedback
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Facilities maintenance, preventative maintenance
- High School or GED
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
