Job Summary

The Wave Panner is responsible for operating wave panning equipment within a manufacturing environment to ensure products are processed consistently and meet quality, safety, and production standards. This position supports efficient manufacturing operations by monitoring equipment performance and maintaining product quality throughout the process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor wave panning machinery during shift
• Load and unload materials or components according to production schedules

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and approve samples of bulk and incoming components to ensure they meet quality standards

Run the QC compatibility program

Perform daily equipment calibrations

Assist in the preparation and review of batch documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs)
