Sauna Assembler / Warehouse Associate

Location: Bloomington, MN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour (DOE)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable Sauna Assembler / Warehouse Associate to support hands-on sauna assembly while assisting with general warehouse operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy mechanical assembly, working with tools, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble sauna products according to engineering drawings, routings, and blueprints
• Support setup, takedown, installation, and basic operation of sauna units
• Measure, adjust, assemble, disassemble, and replace components to exact specifications
• Install conduit, wiring, cabinets, brackets, lights, motors, and terminal connections
• Perform system testing and verify functional performance of assembled units
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, grinders, and ohm meters
• Meet daily productivity and quality goals
• Assist with warehouse duties including receiving, organizing, storing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Follow all safety requirements and wear required PPE

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Basic understanding of assembly and production processes
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks

Education & Experience

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience (6–12 months)
• Prior experience in equipment assembly, manufacturing, or warehouse environments preferred

Work Environment

• Onsite, active warehouse and assembly setting
• Hands-on physical work with PPE required
