Position Overview:

As a BILINGUAL QUALITY ASSOCIATE, you’ll be a key part of the roll-wrap line, responsible for helping prepare, operate, and maintain quality production equipment while ensuring a high standard of quality and safety. This is an entry-level role with growth potential, ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

THIS POSITION REQUIRES BILINGUAL SPANISH, UP TO DATE RESUME AND INTERVIEW TO DETERMINE PLACEMENT. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and maintain equipment used in the roll-wrapping process
• Ensure consistent product quality by following established production and quality guidelines
• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of workstations, tools, and machinery
• Follow directions from team leads and supervisors accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times
• Respond quickly to production issues with a sense of urgency
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency
• Rotate into other work areas as needed to support team efficiency and meet deadlines
• Record production information and report any concerns to leadership

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Must be BILINGUAL
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
• Able to follow instructions, work collaboratively, and adapt to changing priorities
• Basic reading and comprehension skills for work instructions and safety guidelines
• High attention to detail with a focus on producing quality work
• Good time management and ability to stay productive during downtime
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus but not required

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods
• Must be able to work in a noisy, fast-paced setting
• Overtime availability required as production needs arise
