About the Role
We are seeking skilled Reach Truck Operators to join our team in St. Peters. This is a night shift temp-to-hire position, offering stability, growth opportunities, and the chance to transition into a permanent role with strong performance.

Shift Details
•     Schedule: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM
•     Days: Full-time, with potential overtime opportunities
•     Pay Rate: $21.78 per hour
•     Projected Start Date: January 5

Responsibilities
•     Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse
•     Load and unload pallets efficiently while maintaining accuracy
•     Perform routine equipment checks and follow safety protocols
•     Support inventory control and maintain clean work areas
•     Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals

Qualifications
•     Previous experience operating a reach truck 
•     Ability to work evening/night shifts and adapt to warehouse environment
•     Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
•     Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
•     Reliable transportation to the St. Peters facility
