Job Opening: Shipping Clerk

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our small warehouse team in Bloomsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating high-reach and sit-down forklifts, along with proven experience performing shipping clerk duties and using warehouse/inventory software such as Fishbowl and/or QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, verify, and process outgoing shipments accurately Load and unload trucks using high-reach and sit-down forklifts Pick, stage, and move inventory within the warehouse Process shipping orders and inventory transactions using Fishbowl and/or QuickBooks Verify shipping documents, packing slips, and labels Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Perform basic data entry related to shipping and receiving Ensure shipments are completed on time and according to company standards Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Keep work areas clean and organized 

Required Qualifications Previous experience as a Shipping Clerk in a warehouse environment Experience operating High-Reach Forklift Experience operating Sit-Down Forklift Experience using Fishbowl and/or QuickBooks for inventory or shipping Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
